Separate notifications are sent when a document is destined to multiple recipients.
 
A proof of notification is technologically generated in the form of a delivery slip or of a detailed download.
 
The slip indicates the nature of the transmitted document, the file number, the names of the sender and recipient and their contact information, as well as the location, date and time and minutes pertaining to the document transmission.
 
The slip contains the information necessary to enable the recipient to verify the integrity of the transmission.
 
The security and confidentiality of the transmitted documents are ensured.
 
All data is hosted in Canada.

Your documents remain in Canada and are encrypted while being transmitted to their recipients.
 
Todoc’s servers are located in the safest data centers in Canada.
 
Once the notification is complete, Todoc deletes all documents from its servers.

A notification slip is sent to every recipient indicating the nature of the transmitted document, the court file number, the name and address of both sender and recipient, the place, date, hour and minute of the transmission, as well as any other necessary information that will allow the recipient to verify the integrity of the transmission.
 
A download slip containing the information shown on the notification slip the information is sent to each recipient, in addition to a more detailed account of the documents download, including the date, time and minutes and the IP address used to complete the download.

When Todoc transmits your notification, you will receive a confirmation by email.
 
Todoc will also inform you once the recipient downloads your document.
 
If the recipient does not download the document, Todoc will send them an email reminder while notifying you as well.
 
Todoc will then confirm the removal of your document once notification is transmitted.

A unique verification key for each document is created upon document transmission.
 
You can compare this key to the one generated by the platform. If the two keys are identical, this indicates the integrity of your transmission.
 
Your recipients can verify this at any time on the Web platform by simply creating a free account.

You can view the history of your pending notifications, as well as the ones from the current month and those that have been archived.
 
You can search accurately by date and export your results.
 
Todoc will generate a monthly report of your notifications, enabling you to view detailed information for each notification.

The account administrator manages the company's accounts.
 
This person can appoint coordinators who will be granted access to the status of the company’s notifications and who can then generate detailed reports.
 
Pricing for the Business account is centralized and is billed on a monthly basis at a preferred rate which is determined upon registration. You do not have to buy credits.
 
Although the account administrator and coordinators have access to information pertaining to all of the company’s notifications, they cannot view any documents sent for reasons of confidentiality.
