Todoc offers you an application that allows you to send your notifications directly from Outlook.
 
You must use the Internet Explorer web or Edge browsers in order to download and install the application, and select the appropriate add-on according to your version of Outlook.
 
Once you have downloaded the add-on, you must simply draft your email, add your documents as attachments and click on the Send with Todoc button. That’s all there is to it!

• Insert the email address you wish to send to, along with the subject and documents you wish to send, as you normally do.
• Click on the COMPLEMENTS tab located in the above menu.

• Click on "Send with Todoc" located within the COMPLEMENTS tab.
• Outlook will ask you whether you wish to use Todoc to securely transfer your documents.

• Todoc will then display a window which will enable you to connect to Todoc from Outlook.
• You must fill out three mandatory fields: Email address, Password and Document name(s).

• You will have access to all the fields contained in Todoc’s notification form, directly from Outlook.
• You can then view all of the notification’s data right from the Todoc platform.
